At DJAM ZONE, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to help! This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order and what conditions apply.


1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [insert your email] with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.


2. Processed or Shipped Orders

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you no longer want the item, you can wait for it to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to send it back.


3. Pre-Orders & Custom Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Pre-order items may be canceled only before shipment.


4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations made within the allowed time frame will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. DJAM ZONE’s Right to Cancel

DJAM ZONE reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Payment or billing issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund and a notification email.
